Be a good host
Make your property welcoming that way people are more likely

arrive.
Should your guests have any problems or queries be sure to
deal with them quickly and efficiently. Sometimes things go wrong or break and
that can’t be helped but so longs as you rectify them your guests will be happy
and still recommend you to their friends.
