I have always struggled with having confidence in my body and this year I have been challenging that by making a conscious effort to love my body. I initially started off by going to the gym and eating better so that my body would be healthier and stronger, but then I realised that I needed to change my own mindset. I mean, my body is amazing, I just need to believe that.
Over the past few months, I have started showing off my body more in my body confidence section, and even though it might not be perfect to some people, I am starting to love it more and think that showing off my body, will in turn show people that you don’t have to have a perfect body according to the media, for it to be perfect for you.
I have recently started to by more lingerie as I realised that my old and dated stuff, didn’t really flatter my assets anymore. As someone who is big busted, it can be very hard to find good fitting and lovely looking underwear and so I always stick with brands that I know.
Pour Moi just seems to fit me perfectly and so they are my go to lingerie, and bikini, brand. I have purchased the Pour Moi Hook Up bra and because I know the sizes are good for me, I went in at my regular size of 34F. The Hook Up range stands as their sexiest range to date and one of the sexiest of any designer for that matter.
The deep and dark red and black colour scheme is eye catching whilst the sheer panels and the hook and eye clasps at the front reinforce the stunning first impression this bra gives. And of course, it features an underwire and light padding to add an even more feminine look to the look. It is complimented by the Pour Moi Hook Up Thong which has a matching hook eye front to make it provocative and sensual.
I matched my new underwear with a brand new robe too. The Mapale Lace Robe is a beautiful lace and satin robe with a matching satin tie belt and matching thong. I went for this in a medium as that’s my regular size although this is small fitting so I could have gone up a size for a better fit.
I then finished off my look with a pair of Falke Damask Hold Ups. I love damask, it is one of the most intricate and beautiful materials of the past few centuries and looks stunning. The detail is the watchword for these hold ups, with beautiful attention to detail you rarely find elsewhere in the world of fashion leg wear which makes then sensual and sexy.
Falke have created some of the most beautiful motifs and arranged them to form a more familiar diamond pattern around the leg which in turn elongates the leg and grabs your attention too. They are so beautiful and work well with the Mapale robe to create a provocative ensemble.
New underwear always makes me feel special. The new fit, lift and look always seems to boost my confidence and makes me feel such confident in my body.
