My light blonde hair is one of my favourite parts of me. It’s what I stood out for as a child, in a family full of brunettes, and I’d always have people saying how they’d love to have natural blonde hair like me.

I was sent the John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Lightening Shampoo and Conditioner and the Hi-Impact Vibrancy Restoring Oil Elixir to try out on my hair and see how it worked for me. 

You can use the Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Lightening Shampoo and Conditioner to gradually lighten your hair for an all-over sun-kissed look. Both the shampoo and conditioner are formulated with citrus and chamomile, and are ammonia and peroxide free so it’s gentle enough for daily use.

The Hi-Impact Vibrancy Restoring Oil Elixir is to help revive over-processed, dull hair to reveal shiny, shimmering blonde hair, visibly repairing damage and replenishing hair to bring it back to life. After washing, you just simply pop a few drops into your hands and slowly work into your hair before blow drying. 

So, how did I get on with them? Well, I found the John Frieda Sheer Blonde Go Blonder Lightening Shampoo and Conditioner really great to use on my hair. They left my hair feeling clean, soft and easy to brush through. I personally love that they are ammonia and peroxide-free formula and that it’s the natural Lightening Complex that reduces colour pigments to make hair lighten by up to 2 shades. 

For me though, the John Frieda Sheer Blonde Hi-Impact Vibrancy Restoring Oil Elixir has been like a revelation for my hair. As soon as I ran it through my hair I could feel this softness. even in the dry ends on my hair. The best part was when I blow dried it though. Usually the ends of my hair would flare up and go all frizzy, but the Elixir helped to keep this hydrated and stopped the frizz.
