We are now well and truly into the colder seasons and so now is the time to start picking out new clothing for children that are warm and much better for the chilly seasons. when GANT got in touch with me, I just knew that I wanted to pick out some of their knitwear and hoodies for the boys, and so I did.
The GANT Knitwear and Hoodies are amazing quality and great designs, to keep kids warm during the cooler months, but with the added GANT style. Their range is large, with lightweight sweaters and thick cable knit jumpers, with a choice of hoodies too.
For T, the GANT Lightweight Cotton Crew Sweater was perfect. It’s a lightweight cotton knit and has a crew neck with ribbing at the cuffs and hem. As well as this, it has the classic GANT shield embroidery on the chest.
I love this type of sweater as they are stretchy to give some extra comfort to it and not cling at all. It’s also not too thick, so even though it’s perfect for Autumn, it isn’t going to leave children too warm. We spend a lot of time outside and so it’s important to wear suitable clothing, and that’s what I like about this. It keeps T warm without making him feel too padded in.
C and J both prefer zipped up hoodies to sweaters, and so the GANT Logo Full-Zip Sweat Hoodie was the right choice for them. Slightly thicker, these mid-weight cotton-blend jersey sweaters have a zip-up front and a lined hood, ribbing at cuffs and hem, with a split kangaroo pocket on the front and a felt GANT logo at chest.
This hoodie comes in many different colours so you can coordinate your children with similar looks. The navy hoodie (as modelled by C) has red aspects to it to give it some colour, shown in the writing on the front and matching lining on the hood. It’s the same with the grey hoodie, instead having yellow writing and lining.
The boys have been using these clothing items for the past 6 weeks or so now and they are still as great quality as they were when brand new. They need to be washed in certain ways to keep their shape and colour but that’s simple enough. Wash the sweater inside out and reshape while wet, and the hoodies are fine as long as they’re washed with similar colours.
I personally think the quality of each item speaks for themselves, and I’ll definitely be picking out some more items for the boys, to fill up their wardrobe with a few more GANT staples to wear this Autumn…

GANT is always such good quality – cloth and cut. I did not know that they have a children’s range until I read this. Lovely outfits in this post.
