My Love Of Mix & Match Swimwear

Collaboration

Chances are, you have that one bikini top and a bikini bottom that you adore, and always want to wear when on your holidays. The top that provides the coverage with no nip slips but still gives a good cleavage and fit. And a bottom that sits in the right place, holds well and is the right cut for you.

If you have been lucky enough to find these two pieces then you're probably also out of luck. That's because, if you're like most women, your favourite swimsuit separates probably don't match. And that's a problem... until now that is.

Many companies now realising that not all women are the same. Not all women want to wear the same style, not all women fit the same style, and that's where mix and match collections come in. The brand, Protest, have now released their Spring/Summer collection for 2020 and have come fighting with their mix and match collection which has so many options - so many options!

If you're wanting to be creative with your beach look, then their range gives you freedom to design your own look. You can choose between different tankinis and bikini separates in a variety of fits. And the best part is that the bikinis come in many forms – sporty, bandeau, halter neck, triangle and push-up bikinis. With the bottoms coming in hipster, regular, high or Brazilian fit.

There's many choices and so many options so you can find the right fit for you. Which is good as not everyone's the same size on the top as on the bottom and sometimes you’re in love with the bikini top but not the bottoms.

Think About Your Silhouette
The worst thing about swimwear is that usually the one you love, doesn't fit well for you. And that's why mix and match swimwear is ideal. You can look at your silhouette, work out what bikini top and bottoms fit you best, and then mix the swimwear to find the perfect match for you.

You'll also want to consider the amount of coverage you'll have. For some, skimpy all over is okay, whereas for others, this is just way too much. You want to choose two pieces that will compliment your body's shape. And if you're not one for showing off your bottom half, then you could even opt for a coordinating pair of swim shorts to cover those areas you aren't mad about.

But for me, the best part of mix and match swimwear, is that you can combine any one of the printed bikini bottoms with the different shaped bikini tops to create your ideal beach look and fit for you, without looking like you're wearing unmatched swimwear.

And if you're currently looking for swimwear for the upcoming season, I have been given a discount code for 10% off at Protest - use code  yorkshiremum10  - This coupon is valid until 30 June 2020.
