Okay, you've looked at the travel agents brochure and the usually places are standing out to you, but there are so many beautiful places that you can take your family, that aren't advertised as much as those more commonly known jaunts.

4 Ways To Save Money Successfully

We all have to follow our own budget to be able to afford even just the basics nowadays. We might Google luxury holidays and dream about big houses, but we have to go with what our bank balance tells us and work with what we have to be able to live the life we have available to us.

Sometimes, those extra bills can creep up on us though, or we may just want to treat the family and go away for a few days, or a few week, and need to budget to be able to afford to do the things we dream of doing.

We budget. We budget a lot. As a couple, we don't drink or smoke, and we rarely go out, unless we can find a cheeky deal on a meal. So it makes sense to us to save all that money that we could be spending, and use it for a holiday so the whole family can benefit.

These are just a couple of the ways that we save money as a family.

Living With Someone With Osteoporosis

There are a variety of conditions and illnesses which can prove very detrimental to our health and it is important to know how and when to spot certain conditions. Many have telltale signs that can be detected early to either stop the process before it damages our health, or a loved ones, too much or at the very least slow its effects.

Recently, we found out that a loved one has the condition osteoporosis and are currently working out how we can help them deal with this.

Creating A Wedding Gift Hamper For The Happy Couple

It's not often that weddings come round, and let's face it, we are only supposed to get married once in our lifetime. So I like to make sure that I really make an effort when it comes to finding the right gift for those whose wedding I am attending.

At the end of this month, our 2 best friends marry each other. My husband is the best man, and I am the maid-of-honour, so we want to make sure we give the bride and groom and start into married life, with a present that will treat them now, and later too. As lets face it, nowadays newlyweds aren't really wanting toasters and new tea towels.

OSMO Hair Care Range

They say that the hair is an extension of your personality and I think this is so true. I mean, when I'm having a fun month, I'll tint my hair pink. But then in winter, I'll go a shade darker, and in the summer, I like to go light.

I have been blonde my whole life though. Starting out natural - I have a dull blonde natural colour - but then going lighter as I got older as my ashy locks left me feeling a little boring. At the moment, my hair is really light blonde in a balayage style and is hard to maintain. Going lighter blonde means trying to combat the yellowing that comes with it.

And with the fact that we recently went on holiday and I spent most of my time in the sun, sea and chlorine, it's safe to say that brassiness arrived at my doorstep and left my hair looking awful, and horribly dry too.
