Scoping Out The Aldi Baby and Toddler Specialbuy Event

I love shopping at supermarkets as most nowadays give you the option of buying your groceries, whilst filling your trolley with goods that didn't used to be available in supermarkets. Aldi are great for this - each week they have a new Specialbuy event with deals from home and garden to cars and hobbies.

The Aldi Baby and Toddler Specialbuy Event is on this week and, as always, they have an amazing selection of products for little ones ranging from bedroom furniture to books, feeding time to bath time and loads more, all available at Aldi’s everyday amazing low prices.

Instore from the Thursday 19th April, it features the luxurious Accent Rocking Chair, which sold out in less than a minute when it was launched in Aldi Australia and costs only £149.99. You can pick up a highchair for less than twenty quid, and even a 3-pack of sleepsuits for £5.99.

I love the Aldi Baby and Toddler Specialbuy event as it gives me a chance to stock up on pull-ups, wipes and other bits that are perfect for J. Although he uses the potty and toilet during the day, he wears pull-ups for bed so that he can toddle off to the toilet if he needs to but is protected in case of accidents.

But the Aldi Baby and Toddler Specialbuy event isn't just about baby items - they have so much more to offer. Cute books that are tactile and musical, little finger puppets to keep the littlest one occupied and playing - although in the moment I took that shot of him, he wasn't happy that I was playing with them, and not him!

The elephant blanket we got is super thick and such a cute design. It washes well and the colours are dark enough to disguise any baby stains whilst bright enough to give a baby a loving blanky.

For J though, his favourite item is the £5.99 hooded towel. This towel is perfect for little ones as the hood stops the towel from falling off, and makes kids look like Superman! It's actually something we have popped into our case to take on holiday with us as it's perfect for wrapping up in after some swimming pool time.
