Games Night In with The Entertainer

With autumn in full swing and winter just around the corner, there's nothing better than a cosy night in with the whole family enjoying fun and games. Last month, The Entertainer sent us a box full of goodies for a Games Night In with all the necessities for a fun evening together.

We opened up the box and inside was the oh so funny game Gooey Louie as well as a whole assortment of treats for the kids to enjoy during our games night in.

Gooey Louie is a gruesome game which is perfect for my 3 messy monsters. The premise is quote easy to follow. You just take it in turns to stick your finger up poor Louie's nose and pull out many stretchy gooeys as possible. It's a game of luck though as if you pull the wrong gooey, Louie's eyes will bulge and his brain will explode!

The boys absolutely adored playing this game although they ended up doing it the wrong way around. They wanted to be the first to make him go pop. I guess it didn't matter though, they were having fun either way.

As we played, we snacked on sweeties. We were sent a super cute ferris wheel to house the sweets and the boys loved playing around with it to get their sweets. Also in the box was some sweet popcorn boxes and some corn, ready to be popped. We got this popping in a pan, added a little sugar and dished it out.

It was an amazing evening and at the end we crowned the winner, T, who won the games night and got his very own giant chocolate medal. What a great prize that was and boy did he enjoy eating it all!
