Finding Family Photographers with Bidvine

As a parent, I don't always have time to go scouring the net to find people and services I need. Take photographing for instance. It's hard trying to find someone local, never mind someone who suits your budget and what you want with the photos.

People have different ideas and so it's great when you finally find that photographer who sees what you see and understands exactly what you want and when you want it.

So, because I've been looking for someone to photograph the kids and was getting no where, I took to Bidvine - which is a website you can use to hire local, trusted service professionals and it's ridiculously simple to use.

You just tell them what you need and where you need it. You'll then answer a few service-specific questions so that they can match your need to the right pros for the job. This helps the professionals to  understand what you need and give a more accurate bid estimate.

I wanted someone local to me who could travel to me rather than me going to them so I was on the hunt for Yorkshire photographers. I also wanted outdoor shots as well as indoor and 'in the moment' shots rather than staged ones. I always find that these ones look better too.

After filling out the questions, Bidvine sent my request to trusted local professionals who can help with what I wanted doing. They work hard to perfect this match between the job and the right professionals so you should only hear back from people who are suitable.

I sent my request and waited to hear back from people. Low and behold, a few hours later an email pinged through - my first quote. This one was from someone who charged £30 and hour for photography which included edits. I didn't think this was too bad at all, especially as they would be travelling to me also.

I waited for some more and overall, I found the one I was looking, for. They seemed to understand exactly what types of photos I wanted. All that from just filling out a quick few questions, I manged to find the man for the job!

  1. Finding the right photographer can be tricky. It's always best to have a look at their website to see whether their style of images matches what you're looking for.
