Get On Your Bike | Win a Ride Out With Chris Boardman

It's no shock that we, as a family, love riding our bikes. As soon as the boys are home from school, we pop on our helmets and go for a cycle, teaching the boys how to ride a bike and also to get that love of the great outdoors.

The new Performance range from Boardman has gone through rigorous hours and miles of testing by the Boardman team to ensure that the latest models are the best available. There are 23 new bikes in the range, with something for every type of rider. From the thrill seeking mountain biker to the commuter, each bike has been designed with the needs of the cyclist in mind.

With the brand new Performance bike range from Boardman arriving in-store and online at Halfords at the end of this month, they have a fabulous competition whereby one lucky person could win a ride with the very amazing Chris Boardman, as well as a brand new Boardman bike worth up to £1,000 for them and a friend. How amazing is that.

So, to celebrate this launch, Halford are giving away this amazing prize, with runners up also, the chance to win one of the fantastic Boardman Performance bikes, in the discipline of your choice.

  1. Wow that's a great prize - living in London, I rarely get the opportunity to cycle at home, but I love to hop on a bike while I'm travelling. My daughter has a balance bike too so we're working up to riding as a family as well.

  2. Wow that's a great prize for cycling enthusiasts. N loves riding his bike, but I need to get a rack for the car to be able to take mine out with him to other places.

  3. A fantastic prize! I learnt to cycle at a late age- 15 to be precise and in the space of 30 minutes as I was never taught as a child- but have not really cycled since. I would like to cycle again but I am kind of scared to!

  4. What a great competition and probably one of the best prizes I have come across. Monkey is still on his balance bike at the moment although we are planning on getting him a pedal bike in the Summer. That may encourage us to get some as well!! Good luck with the competition x

  6. Wow, fantastic prize! It's so brilliant to get out in the air and enjoy some exercise, especially when it's something the whole family can do together. I think my husband would love to win this.

  8. I haven't rode a bike in so many years! Of course I know I still can, they don't say 'It's like riding a bike; for nothing. However, I can't imagine I'd look good doing it! Xx
