Cosatto Supa Hipstar Pushchair

Now that Joseph is getting a little older, I've been looking at starting to transition him to a stroller instead of using our Cosatto Ooba all of the time. It will make using public transport swifter and because strollers are umbrella fold, it will make putting the pram in the car much easier.

I always get apprehensive about changing prams because you never know what the quality will be like until you've actually got a chance to use it, especially when going from a big pram to a much smaller one. Being a Cosatto Brand Buddy, it meant that we have been given the chance to review their Cosatto Supa Pushchair and show off all of it's unique features.

I adore colour and usually will pick the brightest product when it comes to choosing anything, especially if it's red as that's just the loveliest colour of them all. So when I got the chance to pick the one I wanted to trial, I obviously went for a bright red one, the Hipstar design to be precise.

I have been such a fan of the Hipstar print ever since I saw it when visiting Cosatto last year at their SS15 Press Launch last year. The bright red chassis is just so gorgeous, coordinating perfectly with the navy and red materials used. With stunning white stars emblazoned on the fabric, it's such a head turner when we're out and about.

Much like other strollers, the Supa features an umbrella fold so will fit comfortably in most cars and goes down small for storage too, made even easier by the fact that it will stand upright when folded. With a lay flat recline which can be done one handed and an adjustable calf support for comfort when travelling. The lockable front swivel wheels give a smoother ride when on rougher terrain and the large basket underneath is great for storing everything you need for your baby.

Unlike other strollers, the Supa has adjustable handles enabling a comfy push for small or taller people. The handy helper even has an easy-wash, pop-off seat just to make it all the more easier to look after. It means that the whole seat material can come off for washing. After all, we all know just how messy babies can be!

Then it comes to all of the extra features. The features that make this pram such a stand out beauty. Hidden inside the hood is a multimedia gadget pocket with speaker plus ‘Window-on-the-World’ display pocket for flash cards, fav photos or in-flight films on your tablet.

When I first used the pram, I found a random wire and was so confused as to what it could be, that's when I realised that it's the speaker that will give you baby sound from the comfort of their own pram. I now attach my phone to it and play lullaby music to Joseph when he gets a little bored on long journeys. A sure fire way to help him drift off to sleep also when he's refusing to nap.

Then we come to the British weather. We all know how unpredictable it can be which is why, with the Supa you will always be prepared. Coming with an extendible UPF50+ sunshade to protect from sun rays, a 4-way reversible Cosy Toes with kangaroo pouch and zip-off fleece liner for snuggles in the colder weather and a raincover for when the showers hit.

What's more, the Supa comes with a cup holder. I don't know why I'm so excited by this but it means that when Joseph is having an off day and refusing to go down at all, I can take him for a long walk whilst still enjoying a nice hot cuppa.

Although it's a stroller, the Supa is suitable from birth as it lays flat and comes with a free headhugger to keep little newborns nice and safe. I think it's great that now you can use a stroller straight from birth and not need to change prams if you don't want to. This is great for families that don't have much space and need a pram that can fold down small whilst also protecting little ones too.

So far I've loved using the Cosatto Supa as it's easy to push and it super lightweight for carrying when it's been put down, it even has a carry-handle for doing so. It also has solid brakes that are a doddle to put on and take off.

This is an amazing pram that Joseph can grow up with. Using it in cold weather, all snuggly and warm in the cosytoes, and with load of space for growth, to last until he no longer needs a pram any more. I love it. The stars, the brightness, the fact that it comes with a free 4 year guarantee. I just love how every last detail has been thought of, even the wheels match in with the colour scheme.

I just love using the Cosatto Supa. It's easy to push, bright and bold, durable and has so many extras that come with it. What's more, it is also the winner of 2015 Mother and Baby Gold Award for Best Lightweight Buggy/Stroller which shows just how great it is!

  3. This looks fantastic - we're just getting to the point where I don't need a buggy or stroller all the time, but I wish this had been around a few years ago, so many lovely little touches and a great design.

  5. It looks fab but I think the fact that it had a speaker and a place for media and flash cards etc is genius! I am only 5.1 so the fact that it's adaptable is also a massive plus point. Great review X

  7. Love the colour and the star print. We always had really neutral strollers, but I wish we'd gone for something more distinctive! #love2blog

  8. Totally love the print and the stars on the wheels are such a cute touch! Also love that it has a built in speaker - at 8 months I still have to play white noise to my little boy when he gets upset and overtired to help him drift off so this would be fab! Xx

  15. I love how this looks! The print is awesome and it looks a lot sturdier than a lot of strollers I've seen. Being able to play lullabies is so cool. His little face in the last photo is just adorable x

  16. I've been also looking at replacing our pram for a stroller and I would definetely consider this one. My only concern is whether I'll get enoguh use from it to justify the expense. My little one is 17 months old and she's walking already.

  18. This looks good!i had a Cosatto Yo before (the double) and it was awful! Especially on hills, and too wide for villages! When I was having Lils I was tempted by the giggle but went for the Quinny Zapp, it's amazing. You've restored my faith though, I'm glad, their designs are too cute to resist 😝
