Support This Movember And Help To Escape Cancer

We're getting to that time of year again. When the month before Christmas changes name, from November to Movember. This is because November is Prostate and Testicular cancer month. Over the course of the month, you will most likely see moustached men about all in the name of cancer awareness amongst men.

Prostate cancer is the most diagnosed cancer in men in the UK. It is estimated that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be effected by prostate cancer at some point in their lives. Most occurrences are between the ages of 25 and 49 and at this age, the most common male cancer is testicular.

There are many ways in identifying that something may be wrong and needing a check up, some of which are shown in the infographic below.

I think Movember is amazing in that it tries to get male cancer out there in the open, hoping to raise awareness and also show men how important it is to check themselves and seek help if anything feels or looks different than usual.

Discount Supplements, health and supplements supplier online, are supporting the ESCAPE cancer movement and asking people to take the 30/30 challenge. To move for 30 minutes for 30 days!

To help with this, they have given me a prize bundle to give away on my blog, for one person to win and be able to join in with the 30/30 challenge if they wish to. The pack includes:
