Babymoov Babyni

Yorkshire Blog, Parent Blog, Mummy Blogging,

Babymoov is a major French company whose products are now available in the UK. We have worked with them previously when we reviewed the Babymoov Baby Style Maternity Bag, you can see our review here.
Now we are back doing another review, this time for the Babymoov Babyni, a pop-up travel cot and plypen which is suitable from birth.

Without question the Babymoov Babyni is a very unique product. It offers a range of different functions as it can be a travel cot, playpen and is an outdoor tent which is UV-protected too. The Babyni can be used indoors and outdoors as it has a anti UV coating of 50+ but also an internal insect net which can be zipped on and placed over the opening to stop nasty critters from getting in.

Also, the Babyni comes with 2 soft play toys and a soft, cushioned mattress so babies and small children can have fun and be comfortable whilst playing inside it. When playtime has finished, it can all be folded down into a very small carry bag which has a handle so can be carried out and about for days out.

When fully put up, the base size is 98cm and has a depth of 56cm. As you will notice, this is lower than a regular travel cot so obviously baby must be supervised as they get older and can climb out.

Now I bet you are looking at it thinking that it's going to be hard to put together aren't you? Well in short, no, it isn't hard to put together. It is very easy to assemble and dismantle, thanks to its pop-up system. You simply pull it out of the bag, attach the supports into the Velcro pockets and then put the hood up and it's done.

I love the Babyni. It is a great size and fantastic quality. You can tell that great care and attention to detail has been put into making this product and I can tell just by the quality, that it is a durable item that will be loved by many.

The fact that it folds down so small and comes with its own carry bag means that it is perfect for taking on days out. I remember when Charlie was little and I used to hate taking him to the park as he would have to lay on the grass or be squashed into his pram. But with the Babyni, young babies can stretch out and have a roll around on the comfy base whilst also been protected by the Uv protection and the netting.

I think that the Babyni would be perfect for families who have smaller accommodation too as it can be put up and down within a couple of minutes and stored away taking up hardly any space. You can see just how simple the Babyni is to put up by watching the Babymoov video:
